If you are shipping within the United States, you can use USPS' Zip Code Lookup to verify the shipping address of your customer.

It is critical that you enter valid shipping addresses on your orders so that your customers will receive their shipments successfully. Errors in addresses, especially in the zip code, can cause the carrier to return the shipment as undeliverable. 

If your customer has a non-USPS address, please select a non-USPS shipping method at checkout or contact us immediately after placing your order for assistance. 

For international addresses, you should check the website of the destination country's postal service. Some countries have their own address verification searches.
